Production Mechanic – Assembly and Logistics 100%
Activities
- Preparation of assembly work such as materials and workplace
- Responsibility for infrastructure and its maintenance
- Co-responsibility for meeting production deadlines
- Assembling, gluing, welding, filling, and deburring plastic products
- Manufacturing small to medium series
- Packaging of completed assembly parts
- Documenting assembly protocols and measurement values
- Quality control with QA based on work instructions, drawings, and test plans
- Optimization and further development of the workplace in cooperation with the production manager
- Assistance in post-processing on CNC machines
- Substitution during vacation absence (100%)
- Goods receipt / dispatch
- Organization of freight forwarding orders
- Responsibility for the recycling area
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouses
Requirements
- Professional experience in assembling plastic products is an advantage
- Forklift license
- Manual dexterity
- Clean, careful, and solution-oriented working style
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Flexible and willingness to learn new things
- Teamwork, entrepreneurial, resource-conserving thinking and acting
- Good IT skills
