Deputy Team Leader TK 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsibility for the operational implementation in day-to-day business (goods receipt, storage, order picking, copacking and goods dispatch)

• Ensuring efficient and smooth processes in all logistical operations

• Participation in the continuous improvement of workflows and processes

• Technical and organisational leadership as well as contact person for the team

• Training and support of new team members

• Responsibility for compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards

• Planning and coordination of daily warehouse activities in coordination with the team management

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification

• Further training in the logistics field is an advantage

• Several years of practical experience in the logistics environment

• Ideally, first experience in a deputy leadership role or in supporting leadership tasks

• Solution-oriented, structured and independent way of working

• Strong team spirit, high resilience and pronounced sense of responsibility

• Willingness to work in the chilled and deep-freeze area (temperatures down to -25 °C)

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
