- Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Valid SUVA-recognized forklift license required.

Your tasks
- Check deliveries according to delivery note/order at goods receipt (rough and detailed inspection of quantity/quality), store and post with correct labelling/designation.
- Sample raw material deliveries
- Goods receipt of raw materials from tank trucks into storage tanks in compliance with safety and environmental protection regulations
- Prepare, deliver and post raw materials for production according to order
- Administrative processing of completed work in ERP (D365 F&O)
- Filling tasks (filling and transferring chemicals)
- General warehouse and shipping tasks (rearranging, storing in, removing from storage)
- Participation in projects, initiatives to improve processes
- Assistance with raw and finished goods inventory
- Distributing mail, samples and parcels
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist/warehouse operative with several years of experience in production logistics (chemical, food or pharmaceutical industry advantageous)
- Experience handling chemicals advantageous
- Forklift licence recognised by SUVA (cross-sitting reach truck, counterbalance forklift)
- Good user knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Experience with warehouse management systems advantageous
- Very good German skills, English skills advantageous
