What does a Service Technician do at Reiden Technik AG?
You will strengthen a technically skilled and customer-oriented team in service operations and act as a hub in the field service.
Your main tasks include:
- Installation and commissioning of machines on-site at the customer
- Repair operations on-site at the customer
- Maintenance, modifications, and retrofitting of machines
- Active participation in the assembly department at the Reiden plant during training or as needed
Your profile
- You have completed a mechanical basic education as a polymechanic, industrial mechanic, or similar, with experience in machine tool construction
- You have a high willingness to travel and enjoy being on the road from Monday to Friday
- You have an affinity for controls and are characterized by independence, initiative, and a joy for problem-solving
- You are socially and team competent and communicate factually and at eye level
What you additionally bring
- You have control knowledge of Heidenhain and Siemens
