About the job
Team and Responsibilities
Structure the work. Enable scale. Drive creative impact.
We are building a central Creative Hub that brings together and structures all creative activities.
The goal is a scalable, future-proof system that enables consistent brand implementation across all channels and markets.
To achieve this, clear priorities, transparent processes, and efficient management of all creative resources are required.
As Manager Creative Operations & Resource Management, you take on exactly this role: You create structure, manage capacities, and ensure that creative projects are implemented efficiently, clearly prioritised, and scalable.
Many demands, stakeholders, and projects come together in the Creative Hub.
This role ensures that a functioning system emerges from this – with clear processes, efficient resource management, and high transparency.
The focus is on structure, prioritisation, and operational excellence – as a foundation for speed and quality in creative implementation.
Your responsibilities
- You manage the intake of all creative requests and prioritise them according to clear business goals.
- You plan and allocate resources across projects, teams, and external partners.
- You decide whether projects are implemented internally or outsourced to external partners.
- You ensure that creative capacities and business priorities are optimally aligned.
- You develop workflows, processes, and production systems further and create scalable structures.
- You provide transparency about priorities, utilisation, and project progress.
- You enable efficient collaboration between the Creative Hub, internal teams, and external partners.
Your Profile
- You bring strong skills in prioritisation and decision-making.
- You have experience handling complex, fast-paced, and high-volume workflows.
- You work in a structured, process-oriented manner with a high standard of attention to detail.
- You can work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously and maintain an overview even in complex setups.
- You communicate clearly and take ownership of processes and workflows.
- You have a background in Creative Operations, resource management, or managing internal & external productions or project management.
- You have experience collaborating with agencies and external partners.
- You understand creative workflows and production processes in a modern marketing environment.
