Tasks

• You prepare and process contracts in the areas of real estate law, matrimonial property law, and inheritance law – both for third parties and for the City of Zug
• You competently advise our clients on legal transactions requiring notarization
• You conduct public notarizations in the mentioned legal areas as well as for advance directives, sworn declarations, and guarantees
• You issue official certifications and are the contact person for all notarial matters

Expectations

• A Zug lawyer's license or Zurich notary license or an equivalent license for public notarization
• In-depth knowledge of real estate law, matrimonial property law, and inheritance law as well as experience in the notary and land registry field
• You are characterized by an independent, efficient, and precise way of working and bring a high level of service and customer orientation
• You have solid IT user skills, excellent German skills, and good English skills
