What you bring:
- Completed vocational training at the reception/hotel and/or at least 2 years of experience at the reception
- MS Office skills as well as Sihot are an advantage
- Team spirit and joy in dealing with our international guests
- Confident in spoken and written German and English, any additional language is an advantage
- Independent and responsible working
- Flexible regarding working hours and shifts
- Well-groomed appearance and pleasant manners
- You enjoy pampering our guests and providing them with a wonderful stay with us
- You are an organizational talent, work precisely, like to work independently but also in a team.
- You are resilient and keep a cool head when things get busy and greet our guests with a warm smile
Your tasks
- Warm welcome and care of our national and international guests
- Check-in and check-out including cash management
- Correct invoicing
- Guest information and concierge activities
- Professional handling of complaints and wishes of our guests
- Close cooperation with housekeeping and other departments
- Active sales (up- and cross-selling)
- General administrative work at the front office
