At our global, operational headquarters in Nänikon-Greifensee, we are looking for a dynamic, innovative person as Team Leader Electronics Design 100% (all genders) for our Electronics Design Team within R&D. In this role, you will take on the following tasks: You will assume the professional and personnel leadership of a team with 4 to 5 employees (electrical engineers) and one apprentice (electronics), including coaching, training, and resource planning. Together with your team, you will work on projects and preliminary studies and accompany external development partners such as universities, suppliers, or external service providers. Together, you are responsible for the technical support of approval processes (Safety, EMC & OIML). You support quality and production issues and take on tasks within the scope of product maintenance and the technical change process (ECM). You maintain the infrastructure and the associated processes. You provide technical advice/support to internal partners (SBUs, quality department, production, procurement, and other R&D departments).
