To ensure the right parts always reach the right place at the right time, you will learn to…

• know all the products – from rear lights to body parts
• quickly and competently find the suitable spare parts for our customers, as well as independently set the appropriate prices
• adopt the right behaviour with customers during sales – both on the phone and face to face
• master all logistical aspects
