Your tasks
- Billing of all services rendered
- Preparation of offers
- Recording and checking of employees' time reports
- Processing and checking of expense reports
- Assistance in ensuring and adjusting all relevant object and system data
- Checking and maintaining the data of our systems (Planon and Abacus)
- Administrative and organizational support of team leaders and operations management
- General administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed basic training and/or further education in the commercial field or in Facility Service Management
- Professional experience in a similar field
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office is mandatory
- Experience with ticketing systems (CAFM) is an advantage (Planon, Abacus)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- You bring a strong customer and service orientation and work independently, reliably, and precisely
- You think solution-oriented and flexibly, are an organizational talent, and have a good sense for coordination and accuracy
