Team Leader Logistics Fruits & Vegetables, Permanent Night Shift 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Technical and personnel leadership of the team in the Fruits & Vegetables department in daily operational business

• Responsibility for deployment and holiday planning taking into account operational requirements

• Promotion and further development of employees through regular employee, target and performance discussions

• Ensuring smooth warehouse operations as well as monitoring of order picking

• Conducting random checks to ensure quality standards

• Close cooperation and active information exchange with the goods receiving and sub-control areas

• Co-responsibility for the continuous optimisation of processes and workflows

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification

• Further training in logistics or leadership is an advantage

• Several years of professional experience in logistics as well as initial leadership experience

• Resilient, reliable and independent personality with a structured way of working

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form

• Confident handling of common IT applications and warehouse management systems

• Willingness to work night shifts including Sunday shifts

• Enjoyment of working in a cooled work environment (13-15 °C)
