AltstättenYour Tasks
- You are responsible for the personnel, professional and operational management as well as organisation of the area and ensure a smooth operational process.
- You ensure the admission, accommodation and basic care of the persons being cared for and guarantee compliance with quality standards in the areas of catering, hygiene and clothing.
- You ensure professional socio-pedagogical care as well as the timely and competent implementation of tasks in the health sector.
- You are the contact person for the SEM, security service providers and other cooperation partners and coordinate collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
- You are responsible for resource and budget planning, promote the continuous development of the area and lead team meetings as well as specialist events.
Your Profile
- Completed EFZ with advanced professional examination/FH in the social field with additional leadership training
- Several years of professional experience in counselling, coaching and socio-pedagogical support
- High social and intercultural competence as well as appreciative interaction with different stakeholders
- Experience in diagnostic assessments, conflict management and cooperation with specialist agencies
- Independent, communicative and responsible working style with confident handling of confidential data

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 100,000 and 125,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
