About the job
SwissCare Züri is a Spitex organisation in the city of Zurich and a member of the Spitex Association of the Canton of Zurich. We work according to the principle of reference care. You look after a fixed circle of clients, instead of having new names on the tour plan every day.
For our team, we are looking for a Health Specialist FaGe (m/f/d), 40-100% workload.
We are about 15 people, mostly plan early shifts, and travel time between assignments counts as working time with us.

- Travel time from client to client counts as working time and is paid

- Plannable duty roster at least 1 month in advance, so you can plan your private life without any issues
- Enough time with the client for empathetic and quality care, instead of time pressure

Your profile
- FaGe EFZ or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
- Good German language skills
- Driving licence category B is an advantage
- You think ahead and are open to contributing ideas
- You work reliably and approach your clients with genuine interest, not just following a checklist.
