Your Tasks
- Active contact maintenance with direct customers, agencies and transport companies
- Customer support including telephone sales of our product range with a focus on transport advertising
- Support, relief and active collaboration with the field sales consulting as well as key account management
- Preparation of offers, email correspondence with customers and agencies and monitoring of deadlines
- Independent correspondence with our customers
- Administrative work in the back office
- Maintenance and upkeep of the CRM system
You Bring
- Commercial basic training
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function is an advantage
- Good user knowledge of common MS Office programs
- Very good language skills in German, French and English skills are an advantage
- Communicative and sociable personality
- Confident and open manner in dealing with internal and external partners
- Independence, resilience and proactive thinking
