Tasks
- Processing and monitoring of absences and time off
- Preparation of evaluations, statistics and management key figures
- Registration and processing of sickness and accident cases
- Monitoring of daily allowances
- Communication with health and accident insurance companies
- General administrative tasks in HR
Profile
- Professional experience in absence management and/or HR administration
- Good knowledge of labour law and social insurance
- Experience with Abacus and time recording systems
- Strong affinity for numbers and enjoyment of data analysis
