Water Treatment Technician 100%
Mission:
- Carry out interventions on installations related to water treatment: softeners, osmosis units, filtration, neutralisation, treatment of public swimming pool water, water quality analyses, descaling, circuit washing, filling installations with demineralised water
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of assigned equipment. Carry out upgrades and propose technical optimisations when relevant
- Write clear, precise and comprehensive work reports
- Ensure daily travel mainly within the cantons of Vaud and Fribourg, with some flexibility for occasional interventions in other regions
- Actively collaborate with colleagues by promoting information sharing and mutual support
- Maintain professional and transparent communication with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Use the necessary IT tools to monitor interventions (ERP, Outlook, Office suite)
- Work independently and assume this independence / versatility and flexibility
Profile:
- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a sanitary installer, heating engineer, automation technician, maintenance technician or equivalent training in building technologies
- Strong interest in technical fields such as mechanics, electricity and sanitary systems
- Curiosity, versatility and eagerness to learn in varied environments
- First experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting or after-sales service is an asset
- Good knowledge of common IT tools
- Organisational skills, initiative and ability to manage priorities
- Ability to adapt to installations of different brands and technologies
- Knowledge of German is an advantage
- Category B driving licence essential; trailer licence appreciated
