What you can achieve
- You care for inpatient and outpatient patients across the entire spectrum of thoracic surgery
- You work in specialised clinics as well as interdisciplinary tumour boards and actively contribute your medical expertise
- You assist in thoracic surgical procedures and, according to your level of training, undertake operative tasks under specialist supervision
- You contribute to the further development of university patient care as well as clinical studies and scientific projects
- You work closely with various specialist disciplines and make an important contribution to high-quality patient care
What you bring with you
- Ideally, you have started further training in general surgery or have corresponding clinical experience
- You are interested in the field of thoracic surgery and wish to develop further in a university environment
- You have an interest in scientific work and in shaping innovative treatment concepts
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- You work in a structured, responsible and patient-oriented manner
- You value interdisciplinary collaboration and convince through teamwork, communication skills and a strong service orientation
