Junior Product Manager 80 - 100%In the interest of employees and companies, the Office for Labour (AFA) contributes to strengthening the location of Zurich. The labour market policy competencies are bundled within the AFA. Around 650 employees work at over 20 locations. The Qualification for Job Seekers (QuS) department organises, together with external partners, a labour market measures (AMM) offer tailored to the needs of the labour market. These support the reintegration of unemployed persons into the labour market.
We are looking for competent support for this exciting role starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- Supporting the product managers in daily business, projects, and administrative tasks
- Planning and coordinating activities within product management
- Advising RAV personnel consultants on questions regarding the use of the AMM offer
- Reviewing and processing individual course requests (IKG)
- Communicating with provider institutions (course providers) regarding course implementation, cancellations, rebookings, and postponements
- Supporting the management of quality certificates, e-learning offers, and education subscriptions
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training with further education
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Very good German, fluent in spoken and written
- Conceptual and organisational skills
- Teamwork skills, high communication and social competence
- Strong service orientation and quality awareness
- Affinity for further education and willingness to learn new things
