Manager Operations & Finance (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In this important all-rounder role, you support the areas of finance/controlling, sales/logistics and assist in various digitalisation projects. Your tasks include:

• Creating reports and analyses

• Coordinating monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

• Supporting liquidity planning

• Processing customer orders

• Supporting customer service

• Assisting in inventory management and purchasing

• Coordinating cross-departmental processes

• and much more

What do I need to be successful?

For this challenging role, you require a commercial basic education with business management further training or a degree as well as several years of experience in a similar position. You also need experience in project work and possess good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft 365. In addition to confident German language skills, good knowledge of English and French is important. We are looking for an interested and motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and an independent and structured way of working with strong organisational talent.
