For our newly created position in the highly specialized ventilation unit, we are looking for a committed Health Specialist (FaGe) starting January 1, 2026. In this innovative pilot project, you have the opportunity to actively contribute to the further development of our patient care and establish yourself in a specialized environment.

Your Tasks
- Performing nursing activities
- Medication management: preparing and administering medications
- Medical-technical procedures (preparing and applying infusions, blood draws, wound care, and other tasks)
- Organization, coordination & scheduling of appointments
- Administrative tasks: documentation, coordination, and support of the care process.
- Teamwork: collaboration with at least two registered nurses for holistic patient care
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) or equivalent qualification
- RAI knowledge is an advantage
- Interest in working in a highly specialized ventilation unit and willingness to engage in new and challenging tasks
- Strong team orientation and communication skills
- Independent, structured, and careful working style.
- Flexibility and willingness to take responsibility
You work in a very well-coordinated team and benefit from predictable working hours from about 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., including weekend shifts. This allows you to combine professional fulfillment with your work-life balance – ideal for those who do not want to work in shifts but still seek an exciting, challenging workday.
