• Performing professional service while observing quality standards
• Receiving, handling, and forwarding complaints
• Supporting the supervisor in monitoring cleanliness, order, and standard-compliant presentation
• Setting tables and performing mise en place

• Successfully completed secondary school diploma or high school diploma
• Ideally practical experience through internships or part-time jobs
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to perform
• A charming, fresh, and warm demeanor, as well as a neat appearance
• Very good German and English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
