Technical Coordinator Sales & Aftersales 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You are the technical contact person for the sale of new and used vehicles

• You coordinate and monitor the Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) as well as vehicle preparation

• You are responsible for the trade-in test including vehicle assessment and documentation

• You plan and assign bodywork to external partners

• You manage the Aftersales Pre-Owned process until the vehicle is ready for sale

• You ensure timely vehicle availability according to defined quality standards

• You coordinate internal and external process participants and continuously optimise the workflows

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training in the automotive sector (e.g. car mechanic, automotive specialist) or equivalent qualification

• Several years of professional experience with sound knowledge in vehicle mechanics and bodywork technology

• Ideally experience in vehicle appraisal or the pre-owned sector

• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style

• Strong quality awareness and high sense of responsibility

• Strong communication skills and professional appearance

• Confident handling of MS Office applications

• Valid driving licence category B

• Very good German skills as well as good English skills

• Knowledge of handling exclusive vehicle brands and Italian language skills are an advantage
