What is my role?

• You lead and coordinate a team of facade builders on various construction sites

• You ensure professional execution, quality control and compliance with safety regulations

• You organise material use and optimal team utilisation

• You act as the interface between site management and the team and instruct new employees

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a facade builder or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in facade construction and initial leadership experience

• Knowledge of facade systems and modern construction techniques

• Team spirit, assertiveness and structured working method

• Driving licence category B

• Familiarity with SUVA regulations and safety guidelines
