Team Leader Administration / Secretariat (80–90%)
The Church District Eleven belongs to the Zurich Church Community and includes the districts Zurich-Affoltern and Seebach. For our lively and collegial administration team, we are looking for you as of 1 July 2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- You will take over the leadership of our administration team (2 employees)
- You are the central hub, handling administrative processing and secretarial tasks throughout the church year – including reception and telephone service
- You are responsible for our administrative processes and further develop them
- You coordinate and prepare mailings and manage our membership database
- You are responsible for the preparation and minute-taking of various meetings
- You take on tasks in accounting
Your profile
- Commercial basic training with several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in the public-law environment
- Very good Microsoft Office user skills as well as high IT affinity
- Experience with membership databases (KiKartei an advantage)
- Confident German language skills and enjoyment in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Leadership personality with high social competence, willingness to engage in dialogue and team spirit
- Identification with the values of the Reformed Church
