We are looking for a Working Student: Junior Specialist Solution Business (m/f/d) to complement our global team and contribute valuable input to the further development of our solutions and business models with analytical thinking, new ideas, and fresh perspectives.

Do you want to understand how technical solutions create real added value for customers? Are you interested in analyzing market trends and new technologies and deriving concrete opportunities from them? Do you want to actively shape how innovative ideas find their way into marketable solutions?

In this role, you combine technology, market understanding, and business perspective and work on topics that make our solutions sustainable and future-proof.

What tasks will you take on?

You will:

• Conduct market and technology analyses, research trends and competitors, and evaluate market potentials.
• Contribute to the documentation and optimization of development and business processes.
• Support technical concepts and requirements definitions as well as validate new applications.
• Prepare content for internal and external stakeholders and assist in creating training materials and presentations.

What do we expect from you?

You:

• Are studying industrial engineering, electrical and information technology, systems engineering/mechatronics, automation, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable course of study.
• Are at the beginning of your studies or currently enrolled in a semester.
• Have an interest in industrial solutions and technical innovations.
• Think analytically and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
• Have very good English skills in spoken and written form.
• Are proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and show interest in process automation and AI-supported tools.
