You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering or have a strong technical affinity and want to contribute to a sustainable society? A good understanding of processes and very good PC user skills complete your profile? You are an open and creative personality who brings a speedy and precise way of working as well as a quick grasp? Of course, you speak fluent German and ideally have basic knowledge of English. And last but not least, you are an absolute team player and eager to jointly develop a specialist area with great potential as a team? Then we definitely should get to know each other.
You take on the following tasks:
- Diagnoses and repairs of the entire product portfolio
- Preparation of binding cost estimates
- Acquisition and expansion of manufacturer-specific knowledge
- Ordering and managing spare parts
- Participation in process optimisation
- Oral and written response to customer service enquiries
- Training and induction of new employees
- Co-responsibility for meeting annual targets
- Active support in complying with manufacturer- and customer-specific SLAs
