• You further develop our investment business and our offering world with a strategic view and in close collaboration with the respective stakeholders
• You recognize market opportunities, customer needs, and the need for action early and derive convincing developments, product, and process initiatives from them
• You are responsible for the investment products along the entire customer journey from advising, opening, and servicing to closing
• You lead demanding topics across departments to viable solutions and effectively bring developments into implementation

• You have (several years of) professional experience in banking, especially in strategic product and/or project management in the investment business or in end-to-end responsibility for banking processes
• You are an empathetic and inspiring personality with strong communication and motivation skills and confidently navigate between customer needs, market, sales, processes, and regulation
• You have broad expertise in the investment business and in analyzing complex issues from which you have derived clear directions and implemented measures
• You enjoy conceptual and structured work, show entrepreneurial commitment, have a confident handling of diverse interest groups, and think in a networked way. You work focused, reliably, and with a clear impact claim even under high pressure and uncertainty
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent), ideally complemented by regular further training
