About the job
What you can achieve
- You coordinate goods receipt in the technical spare parts warehouse, receive internal and external packages, record them via SAP and forward them to the correct departments.
- You also support internal customers with the distribution of technical consumables.
- With your structured and precise way of working, you ensure smooth national and international goods dispatch.
- You carefully prepare and check orders, compile all necessary documents and maintain clean documentation and filing.
- Recording new materials and disposing of old materials in the system as well as various tasks in the warehouse complete this exciting area of activity.
What you bring with you
- You have completed training in the technical field with experience in warehouse management.
- Your affinity for systems helps you operate MS Office and SAP programmes.
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written.
- You have a structured, independent and reliable way of working.
- Technical understanding as well as enjoyment in collaborating with various specialist departments.
