About the job
The Aubonne Hospital has been serving its community since 1895. Ideally located near the vineyards and the village, it is one of the three founding hospitals of the EHC. It brings together all the missions of the EHC in one place: whether it is for primary care with its medical center, acute care with its recognized internal medicine beds and its palliative care unit, the multisite treatment and rehabilitation center, or long-term care services with its EMS and Temporary Reception Center (CAT).
We are looking for two for the Aubonne Hospital:
Occupational Therapists CTR at 80-100%
Start date as soon as possible or to be agreed.
For one of the two positions, you will be required to work at the Aubonne and Gilly sites, which are 13 minutes apart by car. There will be fixed days at each site to facilitate organization.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Develop, in collaboration with patients, an individualized therapeutic project based on SMART objectives and then ensure its implementation, monitoring, and adjustment.
- Assess the functional capacities and level of autonomy of patients in activities of daily living (ADL), based on occupational therapy practice models.
- Work with an elderly population in rehabilitation and palliative care, taking into account physical, cognitive, and psychosocial dimensions.
- Actively contribute to the interdisciplinary therapeutic process, notably by recommending assistive devices, therapeutic education, and supporting patients' life projects.
- Implement interventions aimed at maintaining or improving autonomy, preventing functional loss, and promoting return home or adaptation to the living environment.
YOU HAVE
- A recognized CRS occupational therapist diploma or one in the process of recognition.
- An interest in supervising students in training.
- Energy and heightened sensitivity to relational aspects.
- Skills in communication, listening, and pedagogy.
