What to expect:
- Order fulfilment in quantity, quality and in the transport form and time window desired by the customer
- Optimal and economical truck scheduling of all gravel & concrete deliveries as well as logistical services
- Deployment planning of own and external vehicles as well as optimisation of routes and material flows
- Checking and follow-up of delivery notes
- Ensuring the necessary flow of information to the sales and production departments
- Administrative tasks, invoice control of carriers, material orders and material receipt in SAP, as well as goods receipt control and silo management
- Concrete production and gravel delivery according to production orders in coordination with sales and logistics as well as quality monitoring according to the test plan
- Operation of pick-up customers
- Ordering the necessary raw materials (aggregate, cement, additives, admixtures)
- Maintenance and cleaning of the plants as well as assistance and support in maintenance and during revisions
- Creating and forwarding error messages and customer complaints
What you bring:
- Completed vocational training, ideally in a technical or construction-related field
- Category C driving licence is an advantage
- Experience in dispatching and/or concrete production as well as interest in technology and production
- Knowledge of gravel and concrete products as well as logistical services
- Basic knowledge of control and regulation technology
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Good and quick grasp of local knowledge and route selection
- Organisational talent, communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
- High sense of responsibility and safety awareness as well as team spirit
- Business fluent German, basic knowledge of English and good IT affinity and openness to new technologies
