? Production Team Leader 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You lead a team of around 15-20 employees and ensure a smooth operation in the production environment.

Your tasks:

• Professional leadership and support of employees in their daily work

• Monitoring production quality as well as compliance with safety and process requirements

• Working with complex machines and production equipment

• Identifying and solving technical and organisational problems

• Contributing to the optimisation of production processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Several years of experience in a leadership role in production

• Technical understanding in handling complex production equipment

• Assertiveness and solution-oriented thinking

• Willingness to be reachable outside regular working hours and to provide on-site support at short notice in emergencies

• Residence in the nearby area (Rapperswil SG area)

• Forklift licence and driving licence category B (mandatory)

• Very good German language skills

• Independent, resilient and reliable personality
