tasks:

• you are involved in the execution planning of projects in the areas of renovations, conversions and replacement new buildings
• in doing so, you create construction plans for residential buildings in the Eastern Switzerland area, from planning to realisation
• you also handle official procedures during the project approval phase and have contact with the clients
• the workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have a qualification as an architectural draughtswoman / building draughtswoman and/or solid practical experience in the above tasks (f/m/d)
• interest in project management functions is important
• a confident handling of Archicad is an advantage, but not a requirement
• do you consider yourself conscientious, well organised and independent?
