Your role:

• Comprehensive advice to private customers in the area of financing
• Analysis of financing projects, creditworthiness checks and preparation of loan applications
• Structuring individual financing solutions as well as drafting of condition proposals
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as Private Banking and Credit Office
• Active participation in the further development of our financing products and processes

Your education and experience:

• Completed commercial or business administration training (e.g. HF, FH or banking apprenticeship with further training)
• Several years of experience in the field of financing, ideally in mortgage or corporate customer business
• Strong analytical skills and great interest in the management of mortgage financing
• High customer orientation, consulting competence and communicative strength
• Independent, structured way of working and ability to work in a team
