Job Description
The purpose of this role is to ensure an uninterrupted production operation through competent maintenance, servicing and repair of production equipment and infrastructure at the Kreuzlingen site with the following main responsibilities:
- Competent maintenance of equipment and infrastructure according to the maintenance plan
- Preventive maintenance, servicing and repairs on production equipment
- Troubleshooting of machines and equipment to ensure operation
- Assistance with assembly and installation of new equipment
- Supervision of external fitters and organisation of material procurement
- Participation in on-call duty
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, machine locksmith, mechanic or mechatronics technician with a focus on mechanics
- Preferably experience in an industrial company (chemicals, food processing, metalworking)
- High safety awareness when handling production equipment
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- English skills are an advantage
