We are seeking an experienced
Compliance and Quality System Manager
to oversee and enhance our compliance programs, quality management systems (QMS), and regulatory adherence.
This role is critical in maintaining regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, industry certifications, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Product and Supply Chain Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards relative to our products and supply chain
- Monitor regulatory updates and implement necessary policy or process changes
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding the implementation of new regulations
- Relevant quality and regulatory frameworks:
- ISO 9001 Quality System (Global), CE / UL / CCC compliance
- General Product Safety Directive (GPSD)
- REACH Regulation, RoHS Directive
- Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD)
Compliance Management
- Management of non-conformities and customer complaints
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate and relevant 8D reports to customers
- Manage customer audits, surveys and respond to customer quality and compliance requests
- Maintain accurate records and prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies.
Quality Management System (QMS)
- Maintain the company’s Quality Management System
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
- Manage yearly qualification audits
Team Management
· Manage a team of 10 staff members located in different locations
For this position, these qualifications and skills are essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Legal, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, quality systems, or regulatory affairs.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards for industrial products
- Experience managing audits and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.
