Service Technician CNC Machines 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as a service technician for the entire German-speaking part of Switzerland. You will be deployed directly at the customers and take care of CNC-controlled turning and milling machines, machining centres as well as complex complete solutions.

Your varied range of tasks includes:

• Installation and commissioning of CNC machines

• Conducting training sessions and technical briefings

• Repair, maintenance and servicing of machines

• Conducting machine demonstrations at customers

• Telephone support and troubleshooting

• Analysis and resolution of technical problems on site

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training as a polymechanic, automation technician, mechanic or comparable qualification

• Sound knowledge in the field of CNC technology

• Ideally experience in the maintenance and commissioning of CNC turning and milling machines

• Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working

• High willingness to travel and flexibility for assignments throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland

• Good German language skills, spoken and written

• Driving licence category B

• Team spirit and communication skills for training and technical consulting
