We offer you the opportunity to join 3R - Réseau Radiologique Romand SA, a leader in medical imaging in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, recognized for its diagnostic excellence, its high level of patient-centered service and its continuous innovation. Our group has 18 radiology centers (Valais, Vaud, Fribourg, Geneva, Berne and Neuchatel) and 29 digital radiology facilities operated in partnership with general practices.
In order to support the development of our Research & Development department we are looking for a :

Medical Physicist in Radiology (80 -100%)

Your missions

  • Participate in the implementation of the R&D strategy through projects

  • Provide business expertise in defining the objectives and deliverables of R&D projects

  • Participate in the prospecting of new internal R&D projects and with external partners

  • Participate in the evaluation of the feasibility of new R&D projects

  • Analyze and exploit data related to R&D projects

  • Maintain a scientific focus on innovations in imaging

  • Participate in the publication of scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals

  • Participate in the development of a Swiss and European network of key opinion leaders in the field of medical imaging

 

Profile

  • Medical physicist in radiology

  • PhD in medical imaging

  • At least 3 years of experience as a clinical medical physicist in radiology in an academic or private hospital

  • Experience in research and development

  • Global vision, analytical and synthetic skills

  • Extensive and thorough knowledge of clinical techniques

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and ability to apply them

  • Proven records of scientific writing of peer-review papers as first author

  • Proven records of ability to submit/present abstracts at large international conferences

  • Mastery of computer tools and keen to learn Phyton or MATLAB programming

  • Spirit of cooperation and collaboration

  • Versatile, proactive, dynamic and flexible

  • Can take initiative

  • Speaks fluently English and French

  • Willing to travel to the head quarter and to congresses about 20% of the time
