Mission

As part of the Global Aftersales team, you have a central role in the company as responsible for the technical training department. You ensure that the technical level of the training provided as well as the experience during the trainings matches our premium brand.
As a critical lead in the digitalization of the Aftersales department, you develop and maintain technical documentation and training material under various format (video, service manuals, step by step tutorials) and publish them on EMS e-learning platform.
You are responsible for the training strategy, certification and recertifications programs, to ensure that the aftersales network is always trained and able to repair and maintain the latest products to provide excellent service.
You understand the criticality of the training in the development of a strong aftersales network.

This position will directly report to the Global Head of After Sales.

Responsibilities

• Managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate, organize and deliver technical training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Supervising technical training programs.
• Ensure training requirements are met (SCA in place, tooling purchase, agreement with HQ).
• Provide reports to track trainings progression and feedback.
• Design and implement recertification programs.
• Develop training programs for internal stakeholders, including internal booking system.
• Coordinate the Service Center Agreement SCA setup.
• Organize training events globally and manage registrations.
• Digitalization of the training offer through new systems.

Education and required skills

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role and industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in electronics or similar field.
  • Experience in dental or medical products will be an advantage.
  • Project Management certification a plus.
  • Good knowledge of the latest digital trends in training programs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in working in an international context.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Team player spirit, creative and a resourceful and fast-learning mindset.
  • Strong sense of commitment and responsibility.
  • Proficiency in English and French required - any other languages a plus.
