We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager to support the entire company and its supplies, administration, contract negotiations and the expenditure operation.Contract / Facility ManagerPermanant role, start ASAP Job Duties:Responsible for the entire contract execution including insurance and administration regarding company assets, Adjusting and negotiating policies and leases, whilst dealing with claims, renewals and adjustments, Ensuring all relevant documents are on site with the correct professional employees, Organising insurance renewals and updates, as well as repairs and claims, inclusive of vehicles, mobile phones etc., Maintaining expenses and operating the expenditure of the business, ensuring estimates are approved by director level,Ensure tasks are prioritised for urgent facilities support, General checks for all health and safety regulations,Ordering of all supplies for several departments. Person Specification:5 years relevant experience within a Facility Services provider in Switzerland, Outstanding knowledge of contract facility, leases and policies, Strong claims management and insurance administration, knowledge, Strong experience with people management, Excellent Microsoft and Excel skills, Excellent communication skills both oral & written, French mother tongue, Advanced level in English, Attention to detail, stress resistant and strong ability to manage multiple priorities.Resume in English AND in French + work certificates and copies of your diploma.
