The Opportunity

Within Roche Diagnostics EMEA-LATAM, the Network Enabling Organization (NEO) serves as the critical link between the region’s strategic priorities and individual projects and portfolios. We catalyze the execution of Regional Commercial and Enabling priorities by developing and driving networks and communities where we deliver and accelerate learnings and commercial success.

The Digital Marketing NEO Subchapter Lead role will have line management accountability for the EMEA LATAM Digital marketing subchapter within NEO and leadership of the EMEA LATAM digital marketing community with the goal of developing and driving digital marketing with concrete commercial impact aligned with the regional priorities.

As Digital Marketing NEO Subchapter Lead, you are responsible for sustainably developing and implementing the digital marketing strategy successfully in the region EMEA-LATAM, in close collaboration with other functions of the NEO team, the Commercial Business Leaders, and the global functions.

1. Driving Digital Marketing within the EMEA-LATAM Region

  • Role models and collaborates across (sub)chapters to set guiding principles for delivering in Squads to standardise/harmonize the ways of working in the organization

  • In collaboration with the Operating Network, the Strategic planning lead, other Network Enabling Organisation (NEO) subchapter Leaders, and CBLs, advises on approaches, resource allocation, and prioritisation in order to meet regional ambitions.

  • Is able to perform in a highly complex environment and collaborate at all levels of the organisation effectively.

2. Demonstrates effective leadership and management of the subchapter and its members (internal and external team members)

  • Develops the subchapter with a focus on building a sustainable organization meeting today's needs and those of the region in the future.

  • Build the function’s expertise in appropriate skills, enabling members to be successful and focusing on talent development and retention through VACC leadership, including personal development at the core of a subchapter.

  • Accountable for prioritising the appropriate subchapter focus area to enhance the overall impact

  • Collects and coordinates input to budget planning and supports managing in accordance with T0 following finance processes and guidance.

3. Leads and catalyzes the EMEA-LATAM Digital Marketing Community.

  • Catalyzes ideas and needs from affiliates. Architects a system to listen to the needs of the region, prioritize, and then use this input to act as the voice of the affiliates representing these needs to shape the global offering.

  • Works with affiliates and subregions to implement impact-driven digital marketing campaigns & experiments.

4. Contributes to building the Digital Backbone in collaboration with both the global and affiliate organizations.

  • Works closely with the global team, representing the regional needs.

  • Is accountable for the implementation and adoption of global material, tools, and approaches.

Who You Are

We are looking for a professional with a master's degree in marketing and experience in digital marketing. Strong leadership skills including previous experience leading teams are essential. Digital marketing experience in a healthcare environment is advantageous.
