Your responsibilities:

The Systems Engineer Navigation supports the operation and maintenance of assets that are critical to the delivery of air navigation services to industry.

  • Contributing to the definition and continual improvement of navigation system operation, including lifecycle and configuration management
  • Lead the installation, integration, test, and deployment of new systems or system changes
  • Upgrading the skyguide fleet of navigation aids located across Switzerland
Your profile:

  • Bachelor/master's degree in engineering/science or equivalent
  • Demonstrated understanding of Radio Frequency fundamentals - or previous experience as a Radio Frequency engineer is desirable
  • Experience with Navigation Systems is desirable, ideally a theoretical understanding as well as field experience in system commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Fluency in English and, ideally, German and/or French
