On behalf of our client, an international organisation based in Lausanne, we are searching for an

Operations Officer 100% - Career Development Center

Temporary assignment until the end of the year
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
  • Manage and update content on online career development platforms
  • Collaborate and regular follow-up with suppliers
  • Coordinate and deliver workshops and provide targeted trainings on job search skills (interview simulations) and platforms
  • Execute and monitor career events (on and off campus, virtual activities) with participation from global employers
  • Coordinate the mentoring program, matching MBAs with experienced Alumni mentors
  • Liaise with finance to monitor budget and expenses
  • Analyze and review placement and recruitment data, ensuring accurate reporting to the rankings institutions
  • Maintain general administration to ensure efficiency
PROFIL ATTENDU
  • Bachelor Degree
  • First experience in managing operations within an international environment
  • Very good command of English (at least C1)
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects
  • Excellent communications skills and client-focused attitude
  • Available in August for a temporary assignment until th end of the year (maternity replacement)
