In this challenging role you will be joining the global PMO team which secures the strategic delivery of objectives around a global transformation program as well as offering a full PMO service to our clients project portfolio. As part of the team you will facilitate the delivery of multiple, cross-functional projects across the global group, making sure that timelines, scope and budgets are met and respected.

Our client is a globally active group with a broad product and brand portfolio and a dynamic and international work environment. We are looking for a strong candidate who can join the local team asap and who ideally has a background in consulting and transformational projects. Right now this is a temporary role with the clear chance of being taken over permanently if a match on both sides exists.

Description

  • Facilitate the delivery of multiple, cross-functional projects on group level to agreed goals, timelines, scope and budgets
  • Support project leads in setting-up project/business plans, providing both a standard methodology and working tools
  • Directly perform modelling and analytical activities (Excel) to estimate expectations in terms of financial and business impacts of ongoing projects
  • Work in connection with the Financial Office and Business Controllers to track actual delivery of each initiative
  • Facilitate communication towards board members and top managers, supporting project leads in documents redaction (PowerPoint)
  • Grant a timely delivery of monthly project status overview reports, organize and hold transformation workshops and update calls
  • Grant the overall perspective on the transformation effort while contributing to the actual delivery of projects (prioritization, scoping, interdependencies)
  • Act an integrator and change agent, develop strong relationships within key stakeholders, the Global Management Board and transformation lead

Profile

  • Strong background in engineering / economics studies is preferred
  • Experience as an strategy consultant by managing large transformational projects a huge plus
  • Direct experience in drawing/preparing communication for high level stakeholders (e.g. staff of CEO office) - strong communication skills
  • International exposure from previous experiences
  • Mentally flexible, willingly to embrace constant changes, curious, fast-learner, pragmatic
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English - other European languages are a plus
  • Immediate or almost immediate availability
