(Senior) Consultant Sustainability & Green Value Chain Strategy (all genders)

Our Value Chain Strategy & Business Model Innovation practice helps clients create high-performance value chains. We use proven concepts and solutions to review competitive positions and create new business value. Our approach focuses not only on the efficiency of existing processes, but also on the contemporary alignment and structure of value chains. We analyze market and customer requirements, identify areas for optimization, cost reduction, efficiency improvement and business model innovation, and develop innovative concepts to ensure an integrated transformation of the value chain. Our holistic consulting approach considers strategy, process, and technology to deliver exceptional quality and ensure a consistently high learning curve for you.

Make a difference.

• You develop concepts, strategies and implementation plans in the area of supply chain management and sustainability for our national and international clients

• You create innovative concepts with a focus on green value chain strategy, circular economy and the reduction of GHG emissions along the value chain, in addition you support the analysis, evaluation and optimization of process flows and organizational structures along the value chain, e.g. in the context of assessments, workshops and interviews

• You will implement these together with an international and interdisciplinary team

• Depending on your experience, you will take on (partial) project management tasks

• You will be actively involved in marketing and sales topics and contribute to the preparation of offers in order to support the further development and expansion of the business unit

Bring your experience.

• Years of experiencefrom a respected management consultancy in complex consulting and implementation projects, ideally paired with initial (partial) project management responsibility

• You have knowledge of consulting and implementing concepts with a focus on sustainability and sustainability along the value chain

• Ideally, you have industry and project experience in the process and/or consumer goods industry

• You are enthusiastic about developing innovative solutions in small, interdisciplinary teams

• You are characterized by your analytical skills and have a high level of customer orientation

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in German and English
