We are seeking to recruit an ESG Specialist to support the implementation of Pictet Wealth Management’s ESG/RI Strategy.
 

Your role

•    Execute and implement the PWM proxy voting policy, 
•    Analyse companies’ ESG practices and generate opinions related to voting decisions.
•    Provide support in updating policies and procedures related to active ownership.
•    Prepare presentations and reports related to active ownership activities.
•    Conduct ESG analyses (security and portfolio levels) for Portfolio Managers/Analysts.
•    Manage ESG data and providers, i.e. ensuring availability for each asset class, data quality, provider assessment.
•    Produce ESG reports for client portfolios.
 

Your profile

•    Advanced university degree or professional qualification (CFA a plus).
•    Relevant financial industry experience (more than three years).
•    Good knowledge of ESG topics and data.
•    Experience in proxy voting and ISS.
•    Flexible, independent and proactive.
•    Ability to interact with different internal stakeholders.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
•    Fluency in French and English.
•    Strong written communication skills,
•    Must be resident in Switzerland.
