For one of our client, an multinational company based in Geneva, we are looking for : Data Analyst Immediately available for a temporary assignment, 100%, until 31 December 2024, with the possibility of extension.
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
  • Support markets with set up and execution of best-in-class Consumer Care.
  • Oversee the productivity and quality by providing accessible, real-time insights and actionable recommendations to drive performance.
  • Ensuring Power BI and Excel-based reporting in Consumer Care with a focus on planning and service quality assessment.
  • Work closely with speech & text analytic tools to act as the voice of the consumer, listening and escalating feedback.
  • Closely monitor KPI's, analyze results and compile accurate report.
PROFIL ATTENDU
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large amounts of data.
  • In-depth understanding of modern databases and information technologies.
  • Excellent math and analytical skills.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft O?ce products: especially Excel (Macros), Power Point, Service Now plateform, Power BI and Power Query.
  • Problem-solving orientation and proactivity.
  • Bilingual of perfectly fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
