Description

Reporting to the Director Strategy, the HR Change manager oversees corporate strategy coordination, drives strategy improvement, implementation and dissemination in the framework of the company's long-term vision and mission.

As such, he or she directly contributes to the strategic process, notably providing continuous inputs to fuel Top Management's strategic thinking, harmonizing the long-term strategic planning process and supporting the transformation agenda.

The incumbent also ensures that organization-wide initiatives and projects are aligned with strategic imperatives and provides support to the implementation of transformation plans.

The position offers significant exposure to the Senior Management Team and to various key internal stakeholders, enabling the incumbent to have a real footprint in the company's strategic journey.

  • Develop strategic planning instruments and frameworks

  • Formalize, and review regularly update the long term strategic roadmap

  • Participate to the definition of yearly objectives

  • Become the go-to person for strong problem solving related to the strategy

  • Act as a partner and challenger to internal stakeholders to ensure the strategy execution and drive implementation of key projects

  • Highlight risks and opportunities

  • Create presentation materials to communicate key information

  • Develop communications for senior management

  • Act as an ambassador of change, sharing best practices in the implementation of the strategy

Profile

- Master degree

- More than 4 years of professional experience either in strategy consulting or in house corporate strategy team

- Experience implementing strategies for transformation

- Excellent problem solving and analytic skills

- Ability to lead discussions with all level of the organization
