YOUR CHALLENGES:

• Supports sales organization in regards to all technical & operational aspects.
• Driving the corporate strategy through a globally matrixed team across multiple functions.
• Identify OEMs technical roadmaps and drive actual and future product requirements in order to protect and increase the share of wallet for the VAT group worldwide.
• Accountable for customization- & industrialization projects and technical customer documentation like manuals, product data sheets according to European machinery directive.
• Supervising all changes in regards to supply chain, manufacturing and assembly processes and preparing documentation for customer relevant changes and submitting it to the respective customers following the customer specific change management (CE!, CEx and POR) processes.

YOUR COMPETENCES:

• Master's Degree in sciences, engineering, or Semiconductor related engineering disciplines
• product / account management experience in a matrix organization
• proven record of business development in the component B2B business, preferably in Semiconductors
• ability to manage leading edge technology projects in a global organization for a global customers
