About the team OSRD is a Strategy team focused on improving Agility and Cost throughout our Operations in PMI. The candidate will report to Agility Stream, which aims to reduce lead time and bring flexibility on cross-functional strategic E2E processes. Who we’re looking for • Available from mid-July to February • Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering, Data analysis, Business & Administration • Good problem-solving and project management skills • Prior knowledge/ experience in operations/ supply chain/ procurement/ strategy is a plus • Knowledge of data analysis and research techniques • Ability to independently lead sub-streams of a project and manage/ work with diverse stakeholders • Ability to develop detailed proposals and plans • Excellent organizational and coordination skills • Analytical and creative Roles & Objectives • Working with cross-functional stakeholders to identify the scope and outcomes for a project • Conducting research, surveys and interviews and analysing data, and statistics to gain insights into the business • Detecting bottlenecks and investigating ways to resolve them • Assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies • Exploring business problems and modelling different solutions • Develop the roadmap, and support in implementing agreed solutions • Portfolio/ project management to deliver the vision and Agility targets for Operations What we offer: Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
