Having an intern in this role can provide much-needed support to the HR team. They can assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. In addition to sourcing top talent, this function regularly provides market intelligence updates to hiring managers. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our CEO and be exposed to the daily decisions and challenges that come with running a disruptive business.

Main job tasks:

As the Talent Acquisition Intern and CEO Assistant, you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following activities  in direct contact with the CEO and the VP HR:



  • Support the CEO in managing and pitching new projects/initiatives to senior management.

  • Assist in coordinating CEO meetings with investors, stakeholders, and project-related events.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, information reporting, and legal matters (e.g., trademarks, patenting).

  • Prepare and organize events attended by the CEO, including networking activities and engagement with potential network connections.

  • Manage the CEO's travel bookings and accommodation arrangements efficiently using platforms like TravelPerk.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for current openings.

  • Implement diverse sourcing approaches through social media, referrals, networking, and university engagement to identify top candidates.

  • Conduct first-round interviews with potential candidates as part of the recruitment process.

  • Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for various roles within the organization.

  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by providing personalized communication and support throughout the recruitment process.

  • Gather and analyze recruitment data to provide meaningful metrics and insights for decision-makinng.

 

We are looking for you if you are:


Currently enrolled in a university in either a Bachelors's or Master's course in Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or in a relevant field.
